Comcast Spotlight

The new Comcast Spotlight workspace consists of a state-of-the-art customer experience center and digital lab for new for new innovative technology demonstrations to clients for advertising and sales group.

There are a variety of spaces to accommodate different work preferences and the lighting is designed to be functional and intentional. With cleanliness being the primary focus of the design, all the office spaces, closed and open, are designed solely with indirect light. This keeps glare to a minimum and allows for comfortable levels no matter the time of day. This also allows the incredible views of this midtown hi-rise office space to be preserved which include the Empire State Building. There is also a specialty design feature for the biophilic elements (green walls) in the pantry spaces which utilizes a color tuning and time clock programming custom implemented by our design team.
