Rooted in an elevated interpretation of the Colorado lifestyle, the interiors team at Parts & Labor Design envisioned an experience that would transport guests from the Mile High City to a luxe chalet in the snow-capped mountains to the west.

Guests are welcomed into the sophisticated lobby with warm, ample dim downlighting. Strategic linear lighting reveals and point source lighting accentuate the ample natural wood and stone – biophilic elements intended to reinforce guests’ sense of wellbeing. As they make their way along the ground floor, the lighting sets the mood for an exceptional French culinary experience at Chez Maggy, a new concept helmed by Michelin-starred chef Ludo LeFebvre, with Parisian-inspired brass and glass pendants, sconces and banquette uplighting.

Up on the sixth floor is the elegant Reynard Social Lounge - a nod to the character of Reynard the Fox, the beloved trickster of European folklore. As the fullest expression of the hotel’s alpine aesthetic, the lighting creates the perfect après-by-the-firelight glow with strategic layers of light. Programming throughout the Lounge is designed to spark curiosity and invite discovery. Warm dim downlights, integrated liquor display lighting and under-bar lighting beckon guests to the central bar for a drink before exploring one of the many alcoves offering everything from event spaces to games and fireside seating. At every turn, guests are treated to sweeping mountain and city views, reinforcing a strong sense of place. The result is an experience that is at once gracious, memorable and uniquely Colorado.
